OPEO's solution, although not elegant DID resolve the issue. Since the alternative meaning for the abbreviation GE is "Good Enough", you can rest assure that what they DID do was the least expensive way to achieve a measure of reliability. <VBG>

Oh there's nothing wrong with the FW on the E15, that's the E20's problem. I'll work on that issue later.

Didn't realize the late model E15's used the reverse the armature trick of the E20's. Swapping the field is a fine idea, but if you go into reverse while moving you will instantly blow up the relay. Wish there was a way to put a big snubber on those points.
