Bill Gunn used to offer new, complete decks. The price was a bit steep,
though perhaps not surprising considering the scarcity of the item - IIRC
he
got $1200.
I think Jim Coate picked up Bill's stock and plans, so maybe he could
provide something.
Or you could set up a saved search on Ebay. Sometimes you can buy a used
tractor with extra parts, and resell what you don't need.
I'm far from an expert in these things so this might be total pie in the
sky, but I wonder whether it'd be possible to pull a mold from one of these
decks and make a new one from some kind of composite material.
