New Year's Eve

   Every year we ring the old year out and the new one in at the Church 
of the Advent.  We usually gather on the 31st at around 11:30 PM (which 
gives people time to do First Night or whatever beforehand), hang out a 
bit, ring a bit, hang out and consume treats in the library, and head 
off before the T shuts down for the night.  Some sort of vague RSVP 
would be nice, but deciding at nearly the last minute is fine as well.
