   Just make sure that the archives and such are backed up in multiple 
   places.

The mailing list archives are backed up to tape offsite at Tufts.  So
there's little chance that anything will be truly lost.  However, if I
were to die suddenly you might find it very difficult to get someone at
Tufts to help you get the archives back.  So some archiving by some
other electric tractor aficionado might be useful.
