My Soneil charger is maintaining them at 41.8V which is 13.9V per 12V.   
The float voltage I picked up years ago for a 12V LA battery was 13.7 to 
13.8V....  So it's a little high.  I don't see any adjustment on the 
outside.

I'm finding general 13.2 and 13.4 recommended for float on GC2 size 
batteries.  Having a hard time finding manufacture info for the specific 
ones I have.  Which is making me think the charger is even higher than I 
initially thought...

New [under a year] set of Duracell GC2 batteries.  75A 105 minute.

They do seem to bubble a lot more than I expected.   Required float 
voltage varies with temperature.
