Probably. I'll disconnect the tractor, then check. The diodes have to be out of circuit in order to see if they are good or not. My meter will show an open circuit in one direction and the voltage drop (.5 volts for Si, .3 volts for Ge) in the other.
If it's diodes, then drat. I'll have to wire in a spare one for awhile while I order a new pair.
