2012 Elec-Trak 40th Reunion/Show & Swap Meet RSVP and major Ask!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have been thinking of an easy way operationally to handle this without a lot of web development time and I'm afraid ths is the best I could come up with. I hope this works smoothly. This year's event will be one of a kind due to the 40th Anniversary Reunion of the Elec-Trak Employees who worked at the plant from 1969-1974 and we would like to make it as special as we can for them. Therefore I have several asks of everyone this year which are included in the RSVP. Several ways to RSVP, please try to RSVP no later than July 1st. - Email your RSVP (MS EXCEL) to me at geo myelec-traks com. (prefered). - Print off, scan and email your RSVP (Web Page) to me at geo myelec-traks com. - Print off and fax your RSVP (Web Page) to me at (615) 532-2849. - Print off and mail your RSVP (Web Page) to me to 302 Hickory Trace Lyles, TN 37098. - Call me at (931) 994-1083. My personal filled out sample RSVP can be found HERE. Check it out to get an idea what I am bringing so far. Basically we are looking at adding some special events and would like to get an interest level of which ones we should actually offer. Most importantingly we would like to assemble as wide a variety of different Elec-Trak items as possible to show the old Elec-Trak team all the great things they built and help remind them of those days in the plant so we might also collect some more history and great stories! This is a big deal for many of them so let's make it as special as possible and try to fill in as many blanks as we can. If we each sign-up to bring a tresure we'll have quite a show this year. It will also allow club members to see items they have never seen before. With all this machinery and people present plus all the items people are bringing to swap, we also have to plan for physical space on the grounds of the museum. The more information you can share with us regarding what you can and will be bringing to both show and swap will really be helpful.
