 My SBM is a 402 D with the thick bar which probably had the single  
shears,so I bet you are correct and they were replaced with the new  
replacement part #which works but not that well. I think the thing to  
do is try to find some of the older single fingers before I bend or  
cut.  I will put that request out to this group , the WH group,and the  
cub cadet forum.
	Does anybody have or know where to look for some older 402 D Haban  
single shear fingers?  It looks like the part #s are 3599A (16  
needed)and 3599B (1needed). thanks, Kimball
