Re: (ET) Nineteen inch blades?




         E-8,E-10 and ER-8-36 all had a nominal 36" deck so you are close. The armatures for THOSE motors have always seem to have a different winding style than all the other mower motors, so that may be an important point to keep in mind. ( Longer blade needs more robust motor ? )
      The 5/16" diameter bolt hole has always made obtaining blades from outside of the community a challenge. :(
     Chances are a talented machinist could fabricate some bushings that would permit use of the more common 3/8" diameter hole equipped blade. :)
