Get a "universal" 19" blade.  It will have zillions of different types of 
washers to adapt the center hole.  You may find one that works, or you may 
have to grind one down on the OD.  This is OK as long as the bellville 
washers under the attachment screw are a bigger diameter than the OD of 
the adapter washer.

Be sure to balance it with the adapter washer installed.

I don't think the ET motor would be up to it, personally, but maybe if you 
add a flywheel of some sort it would help.
