Really. Please just buy one from Harold. It's not that expensive, and
this is one of those things you want to do "right" to avoid problems
down the road. The other is the relays.
This cap runs at *very* high voltages (600+) since it is on a small
winding on the transformer. Accuracy is also important, as this
stabilizes the transformer.
