My understanding is that Bill actually bought the rights to the Elec-Trak.
If so, then, technically we may be very limited in what we can do without
asking. I would assume that means copying manuals, decals, etc. I don't 
know
copyright/trademark law, but hopefully there is a provision for making
copies for personal use, restoration, or 'research'. As I recall Bill gave
permission for most of the stuff on the elec-trak.org site.
