(ET) FW: energy measurement
It say that this unit is limited to 15amps max current.
Would this be sufficient to monitor the charging of an Elec-Trak E-20?

You can probably find utility-type watthour meters on ebay
There are small "kill a watt" meters available for about $35
from various places such as:
