Re: (ET) loaders



Improvise!!

Just don't blow yourself up.

Here's Dan's invention for today. (I'm a genius, you know..;-):

Mount a long arm on the back of your ET, (like a posthole digger or backhoe
would be) with a hydraulic cylinder to lift it. Put a bunch of those old
batteries on the end to lift up. Connect this hydraulic cylinder directly 
to
your pump. Find a limit switch and mount it so that when the arm drops, it
hits the switch and turns on the pump. VOILA!! You now have a counterweight
to boot!

Now, you can take it from there and modify the idea any way you like 
(spring
inside hydraulic cylinder, nitrogen gas, etc.). Let me know when the patent
royalties come in.

P.S. yes, you're right, a 3000 psi switch (adjustable) is probably 600
dollars, and a UL-listed accumulator about the same.
