That "ox" sounds interesting, FWIW, my son was experimenting with  a  
dual motor tractor probably 40 yrs age, using a hybrid (gas-electric) 
idea.  Never followed it up - darn.

Just saw a Ryobi cordless mulcher go at auction yesterday, brought a 
whole $20, I'd have bid but a friend wanted it and i really don't need 
it.  Imagine it was ok except battery may have been dead.

Just mowing and a front wheel fell of the JD-90,  the tie rod nut cam 
off and the wheel turned sidways and pulled off the snap ring retainer ( 
I don't think that is a good way to hold the wheel on, not a robust 
design).  Fortunately have a parter in the weeds so a 15 min job to fix.
