hi folks, re pieters suggestion of a meet, i'd like to mention that 
there's 
an annual event about 30 miles from albany ny thats called a gas up.  its 
a 
field full of old engines, tractors and the likes from 100 years ago and 
up.  
    one of its promoters told me he wanted to have there also a permanent 
museum of old ge machinery including electraks.  i could check further as 
a 
possible site, tho its pretty far east for many folks on this list.  
    i think a meet would be great - anywhere. jon k albany ny
