Yep, any of the on-road EV suppliers have the terminal "boots". For 
example:

They don't have pretty pictures, but InnEVations, KTA, EVA, etc. also 
carry them.

(and I no longer cheat the lift to 24 volts... after having to replace 
with a new motor, I'm sticking to 18 volts - seeing as those were 12 
volt window motors to begin with)
