(ET) Plain Text Please

I found the following file called bo17 stuck away in my windows folder. (I removed a lot of "<"'s so you can see the coding) It was part of a message sent by a list member who composed and e-mailed from Microsoft Word. I don't know how it got out of my inbox, but suspect viral activity. Word, Outlook Express, and many other programs send such formatted text by default. New viruses (viri?) are now being well hidden inside such formatting which execute automatically on viewing and don't require attachments. - and they do bad things - Please, everybody, let's send plain text only.

Electrical Tractor input: I've a lead on a hulk with good wheels, tires, steering and maybe drive motor. Might become a test bed for an electronic controller and charger as all that stuff is gone from it. Following discussions of such circuitry with interest.
