Hi Joe and ET Gang,I ordered drive belts for my E15 through McMaster-Carr. (www.mcmaster.com/) The belts are heavy duty power transmission belts. 3V335 (33.5 outer diameter, 21/64"HT). McMaster's stock number is 6230K16 and were $7.88 each. They work great.
Check our McMaster, they are one of the most customer-friendly companies I have ever dealt with. They have lots of parts at reasonable cost, but the best thing is, if you order in the morning you get your delivery the next day or at the latest, the day after. I don't know how they do it, and their shipping charges are not out of line. They charged me 3.32 shipping for the two belts and they were on my front porch the next day.
Like the rest of you, I order from Bill Gunn for most things and want to support him whenever I can, but when you need something fast-he's not the way to go. It's inconvenient to have to get a money order and to send the order to him by next day mail. I have an order that I sent to him a little over three weeks ago and haven't heard a thing yet. Bill's a great guy and there are many Elec-Trak parts you can get from him and no where else, but his business methods leave a lot to be desired.

All, I have an E15 with the dual drive belts. I was experiencing some slippage so I thought I'd replace the belts. I picked up a pair of 33" belts at the local auto store but when I went to put them on they don't appear to be really the same length. Are drive belts for the ETs sold as a matched set? Also, I was thinking about going to the Longmont, CO pull (that's what spurred the drive belt swapping). Any suggestions? Leave the mower deck on for added up-front weight? Put some block/bricks into the weight box? thoughts? - - joe Joseph Rock E-15 & MagnaTrac Hydro 5000 in Colorado
