Just a question,
has anyone actually
called Bill Gunn and
asked if he has the
publishing rights to
the manuals? If not
then does it goes
back to GE or
Wheelhorse and in
the case of
attachments maybe
even back to the
original
manufacturer ( i.e..
Brinly Hardy for the
Tiller )? I have a
tiller and called
Brinly, they only
had a portion of the
manual. I ended up
getting the rest
from a fellow elec
trak owner. I bought
my manual from
Kansas Wind Power
and it was just a
copy ( I am not
implying that this
was right). I like
the idea of
supporting Bill, but
if everyone was so
concerned for his
welfare then why are
people changing over
to PWM drives. Bill
can't support these
and you would not
purchase parts that
you would normally
get from him,
thereby robbing him
of his livelihood.
It seems that people
only want to support
him when it is
convenient for them
( i.e.. when they
need parts ). I
would rather see a
more complete CD
reference, having
all tractors, parts,
attachments, sales
literature, etc.
that can be found.
Not just the service
manual alone.
anyway that was my
two cents.
