Re: Guild Meeting on Zoom, 2/22 (etc.)



   I understand that there need to be MIT-specific officers to maintain 
our MIT connection. Otherwise, why have two separate meetings, when there 
is almost complete overlap among the population AND the money? Or will 
there be a *third* meeting, for the Boston Bellringers (the phantom entity 
that owns the funds)?

Hi all,

One or two people have suggested that having a combined Advent Guild/MIT
Guild meeting probably doesn't make a lot of sense this year.  While I
haven't heard from the MIT Guild officers, I'm inclined to agree: so unless
I hear otherwise, tomorrow's meeting will JUST deal with Advent Guild stuff
(insofar as the two can be separated.)  I've accordingly attached a revised
(and shorter!) draft agenda.

Mira Whiting has volunteered to set up the Zoom.  Thanks, Mira!

1) Review of the minutes of the 2021 Guild Meeting (pro forma)

2) New Member election
        PRE-MEETING ACTION ITEMS: 
        (a) Do we actually have a list of members?  If so, we should find
        (b) Poss. new/reinstated members include Amy, Cara, Rachael, Sam.  
Are there any others?
        (c) If they're not present at the meeting, we should perhaps ask
