Thank you for agreeing to pitch our idea to the guild. To make it simple I wanted to share some more language and details that can be easily sent along if you wish:
Date: A morning in September or October, pending confirmation of the Old North group tour calendar
Prompt: Physicalizing a bell method of your choosing, for 8 ringers, in the sanctuary. Exploring simple gestures of things looking, turning, and sliding in the pews at varying tempos.
Offering: We would love to support the work of the guild with a humble offering of $300.
Example: Here is an example from our public event in May where we invited folks to respond to the slide prompt in an open-ended structure. People were moving according to their own desires here, whereas with you all we are thinking about using the bell methods as a possible framework for movement.
