We take it in turns to act as a sort-of executive officer for the week.

That is, I have one question that probably ought to be answered.  Who's 
"in charge" of the team
this year?  Registration (and room requests) hasn't started yet, but 
when it does, I want to
make sure we get our information in earlier, rather than later.  Since 
the leadership of the team
has changed the last couple of years, I'm asking if anyone would like to 
volunteer to be the
HSIC (head solver in charge) of the Palindrome team this year.  Jobs 
include:
   -Sending out informational e-mail
   -Keeping a team membership list
   -Running a team-name election
   -Registering for hunt and rooms
   -Delegating
That last one is important.  The one suggestion I can make to the HSIC 
is to split up work as
much as possible...the team is pretty huge but people are all willing to 
help, so start handing out
jobs right away.

One other request: I would like to see a wiki for the team this year.  
Artistry suggested that we
could coopt the ACRONYM wiki for this team.  What do you think?

Anyway, enough for now, after all, it's only November.
