I'll volunteer to be HSIC this year and since I live in Boston now, 
there's no question that I'll be in town for the Hunt. I have the 
added benefit of living with a Mad Bomber, so if there are last 
minute registrations or questions, I have easier access to the halls of power.

I think Artistry's idea about coopting the ACRONYM wiki is a good 
one, but there may be other suggestions.
