I have a totally new mission effecting failure mode on my E-15,
specifically, when applying drive power I get no response other than a
click from somewhere below and 2-3 sec later another click. Both relays
have been replaced and no change.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

The speed selector / F-R control handle came out in my hand last winter.
The issue was the drift pin (roll pin) had rusted out.
I couldn't find a matching size piece in my tray of assorted roll-pins,
but I did have a cotter pin which was perfectly matched to the holes in
the arms of the handle.
Anyway, all reassembled now and working fine, so snow plowing capacity is
back on line for winter 2023-24.
Contact cleaner for the E15 control board edge connector should arrive
late today.
I remain constantly grateful for this list and those that contribute to
it. I'm a long ways from Elec-Trak heartland, and my two working electric
tractors still functional almost 50 years after manufacture continue to
astonish those who encounter them.
