(ET) speeds 5,6,7,8

I have lost speeds 5,6,7,8 (and maybe 4, it is hard to discern each 
audible increase) on my E20DA, but only when in motion. When I put the 
tranny in neutral all speeds progress through the travel of the speed 
control pedal. FW does still engage (I believe that means "open") either 
way when first pressing the pedal.
