(ET) Sickle mower motor constantly kicks out

Hi all,

The motor on my sickle motor is constantly kicking out. It runs anywhere
from maybe 5 to 15 seconds and then kicks out even if it's not cutting any
grass.

The motor doesn't seem to be getting hot but the little circuit breaker
does heat up and kicks out. I measured the amperage and it peaks at about
110 when I first started up and then slowly dropped off to the lowest I saw
was 70 amps.

I turned everything over by hand and everything rotates quite easily.
There's nothing that's binding up anywhere that I can find.
