Golf car chargers are pretty easy to find, and used ones sometimes sell 
cheaply.  

The deck may be more of a challenge, especiallly if you're on a tight 
budget.  Even without a deck, though, the tractor can still serve as a 
beast of burden round the yard.  Just hook a garden cart or wagon on the 
back. 

I don't know much about the WH versions, but maybe it could also push a 
blade for snow shoving.
