(ET) I-5 won't come out of reverse

I think the lower right hand contactor is burnt and sticking.  It's a
late model with the last version of the GE electronics, and once I
shift into reverse, it tends to stay there.  If I put my hands on the
two big contactors, I can feel the one on the left go "clunk" but the
one on the right doesn't.

Tapping on the contactors with a stick and cursing a lot was getting
me by for a while, but now it's determined to stay in reverse
forever...
