That meter is a standard golf car part.  You should be able to find 
another 
for $25 or so at a golf car parts supplier.  

Ebay and other similar sources also sell generic digital replacements that 
will bolt right in.  A lot of these are cheap short-lived crap from China. 
 
Also, watch out for generic meters that aren't actually weatherproof.
