The Recharge Mower rider is offered on amazon.com. The user reviews
aren't
promising.

If you want a small, highly manuverable riding mower, it's hard to go
wrong
with an ER8-36 (or any of its rebranded equivalents from John Deere and
Avco). You're not too likely to find one brand-new, though.
