My E15 has plenty of oomph for shoving snow around with the blade.  My 
property is quite hilly and I've never had a problem climbing the hills.  
Even my puny little Avco R36 rider handles the hils with aplomb. 

It sounds like something is wrong with your tractor.  There are several 
possibilities.  It could be a bad battery connection or a slipping drive 
belt, for example.  Since you say you have to be in high gear to make it 
up 
the hill, I'm guessing a belt problem, but others may have better ideas.

Maybe someone on this list is nearby, and can pop on over to give you a 
hand 
with it.  Anyone live near Antrim, New Hampshire?
