(ET) Lithium ion battery sources

I have an Expresso 36V Electric scooter which was given to me. Can't 
find much info on it, but it has a hub motor and electronic speed 
control. It runs OK on 3-12V, 10AH gel cells for short distance.. I'd 
like to put in Lithium ion batteries. I'd need 36 volts worth and about 
20 ampere-hours capacity, I think. I might consider a charger too
   Where are the supply sources for these batteries and what should I 
expect to pay? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
