(ET) E-15 pulley removal

Gents
I have had an E-15 for about ten years and now find myself needing to 
remove the pulleys (for doing a synchronous belt upgrade). I have been 
looking for online resources describing the best way to do this. So far I 
have been unable to find anything using Google to search forums and 
downloadable manuals (in pdf form). For those with experience in this 
matter: Do you have any suggestions for resources or the procedure itself? 
I'm doing this alone with probably nothing more sophisticated than an 
automobile bearing puller and I'd like to do it without dropping the 
tranny. I just need to make sure I can complete the job before I get into 
it. Thanks for your assistance.
