It uses a spring pin. I could send you such, but likely faster to get from
a local hardware store. The trick is you need to compress the arm part way
in order to use the access hole to put in the pin. I wrap a ratchet strap
(like you might use to tie something down in a pickup truck) around the
long way of the arm and crank down until the holes line up. Also need a
punch of the appropriate diameter.
