          All the aforementioned,plus the furnace blower shaft bushing on the front end of the sector shaft.

       ( My bet is the sector gear is loose on the shaft. )

       Diagnosis is best performed with two people.One turning, one watching. :)Find the lost motion, find the problem. :)
