Since it isn't one of those pesky gasoline things with fluids to spill,
it can be turned in any orientation desired. However, back when in snow
country, I liked to keep flat mine on a furniture dolly with blocking to
get it at the desired height. Easy to move around in the garage, and
then slides onto the bracket when ready to mount.
ie, how strong is your back :-)
