I see your point, but understand this, neither you nor I can afford to have many of the parts made that are needed to keep these tractors going well into the future. The truth is it is frequently those more well heeled among us keep the vendors alive, and can actually make it more affordable to own a tractor. With tractors going for low hundreds, or even for the taking in some cases, I don't think we are at risk for a huge value run up. I think George should rightly be looked at as a resource for us all. It also appears to me that his energy more than his cash has resulted in his ownership of so much cool stuff.

This is not a joke. I'm 100% serious.

Don't misunderstand me here, though. I understand the desire to collect,
and I congratulate you on your success. However, I've seen this happen
before. Too much interest from well-heeled collectors can really wreck
things for those of us on a budget who just want to _use_ the object of the
collectors' desire.
