Well, Dave, thanks for your input.  I'd say you got a pretty good deal.

But FWIW, your friendly commentary reminded me that perhaps I should note that if someone else is interested but, like you, thinks my price is crazy, they are certainly welcome to make a serious offer. I am always willing to discuss price within reason.
