Re: (ET) Snow topped the blower, now what?
I'll second what Darryl said. In addition to doing a first pass with the
blower raised, I've also found it useful to leave some snow in a little
mound for the front wheels to ride up. That angles the tractor up so
can chew at the top of the snow bank first and then work on down.
(From my days in NY... now in Virginia where don't really expect this
much snow. I was almost regretting not having set myself up a tractor
and snow thrower at our rental, but then our neighbor's relatives came
up 'north' for the weekend just to experience the snow and they left
their cars at the bottom of the driveway, so couldn't have used the
tractor anyways. Shoveling 2 or 3 times a day is where we are at.)
