Exeltech makes inverters for nominal voltages from 12 to 108 volts.  They 
are quite pricey, especially compared to the generic Chinese-government-
reference-design junk you see on Ebay.  However, they last forever and 
produce sweet, clean, utility-grade pure sine wave power with lots of 
surge 
headroom.  Made in USA, too.
