I've had pretty good experiences in the past with USBMC products (though I 
haven't used them in recent years).  I confess, though, I've never 
followed 
their charging instructions to the letter.  I always thought their 
suggestion for final voltage was on the hot side.  I use 2.45 to 2.5 volts 
per cell.
