(ET) Rust on an E20, repair time...

Well, this morning I had some free time so I pulled the front two
batteries on my E20. These are dead T105's kept in there as ballast
since I run pretty much exclusively on the BB600's in the back.

It's rusted, no surprise. However one of the side panels is completely
rusted on the bottom and I think I should just swap both of them out.
The question is does anyone have any of the new ones? How do they look
and fit? Is removal simply a case of taking out the transformer, pulling
the old sides by drilling the rivets and putting in the new ones?

And what are people using to paint their tractors these days? The latex
I used about 6 years ago tends to peel. I'm thinking a base of POR15 on
the bottom frame, followed by whatever people use on top.
