Check your main disconnect - is it really making a good connection? The fuel gauge needs to stay on!

Check the "safeties" - when the key switch is turned on, brakes off, seat switch closed does one of the small control relays at the top activate?

The main motor is not engaging though when the throttle is moved forward or back. I'm still getting 0 volts across the 2 small screws on the 1F relay with the speed control forward.
