The front entrance is http://www.elec-trak.com and you should create 
yourself an account (for free) to do useful things on the website.  It may 
even be that you need to have an account and be signed in to see the 
manuals 
page I linked above, I can't remember.  But there's no down-side to 
signing 
up for an account, except that you have to remember a username & password 
that you pick.

It's all non-commercial and the guy that runs it (Hi Don!) does it as a 
volunteer effort, so if you like what he's done, click that PayPal button 
up 
on the right corner and send a few bucks his way to offset the cost of 
hosting, and the lost consulting revenue when he spends his time updating 
the site software after hackers take it down).

will have all the info you need, you asked about a E10 to complete yours,
check the web site in the foresell/free section, a guy in TX had a e10 for
FREE
