Yes, that's the stuff I'm talking about. Not the rubbery material, the
hard
epoxy. I've used it to coat battery boxes in road EVs.

I had it sprayed on by a detailing shop and it worked nicely, so I wanted
to
have it applied to the underside of my mower deck a few years back. But I
couldn't find anyone to do it. Most of the shops just said it was too
small
a job, not worth their while, and let it go at that. However, one manager
told me that setup and cleanup were a substantial part of the time
involved.
They'd also have to open a full 5 gallon (I think it was) can of the
material; the unusued portion would then go to waste (I wondered if they
really had to mix the entire can at once, but didn't say anything). I
tried
to convince them to let me "piggyback" onto a truck job, but they wouldn't
go for it.

To die for an idea is unquestionably noble. But how much
nobler it would be if men died for ideas that were true!
