Hi, I have an E-15 that has no forward or reverse everything else works
fine.L coil comes in but only for about five seconds, fw or rev coils never
energize. I am led to believe that my brushes or armature is bad but have
continuity through motor. Has anyone any ideas? Thanks for any help.
