CA also was the leader in making that law that doesn't allow 2 cycle
engines.  Decent 4 cycle small engines are the result.  No more screaming
popping smokey exhausts out of motorscooters chainsaws etc, which is very
good for everybody.

Mike, what is a Kawasaki Ninja EV?   I have a Tank  EM002 which is a
futuristic styled 'Vespa type'  48V  25mph commuter Escooter which only
needs RV (scooter) registration.  Bought new, got 800 miles on her, which
is a lot of scooting.  Brushless Wheelmotor drive and real comfy (and
fun) to ride.
