Yup ! Feel it. a lot of that inefficiency sinks to the tractor frame
too thu the mtg straps. Brute force chargers ain't efficient. Feel your
wall warts that run telephones etc, most are brute force types. Then
feel an electronic one that runs a computer printer, scanner or something
like that after it's done a run. Cooler. If you got a dozen or so wall
warts in a house running things that idle mostly, you're wasting a
comparative lot of electricity.
