I don't know about the others here, but all I really need is a CD with the
pdf files that used to be available on elec-trak.org. I'd be willing to pay
a reasonable copying fee for that too.

Or put them somewhere for downloading. It needn't be a fancy interface; an
ftp site or plain vanilla static html page would be great.

Depending on how much space they take up, I might be able to host them
myself.  I'll soon have a few extra gigabytes of server space available.
